H&S Heating started in November of 1989 when cousins Dennis Harren & Dan Salzbrun started building trailers and offering specialty HVAC and welding services. “H&S”, representing their last names, consisted of two employees and two pickup trucks – working out of a two stall garage in St. Cloud, MN.
With a strong reputation of hard work, honesty and knowledge, H&S continues to thrive today with it’s changed “H&S” slogan (now standing for “Happy & Satisfied”).
Since 2012, the company has been owned & operated by its 2nd generation owner, Jason Salzbrun, who is committed to providing top of the line quality and fairness in every project he and his team work on.
In 2022, we transitioned into a new look and now do business as “Clean Earth Geothermal”. The new name reflects our dedication to the geothermal HVAC industry. We still proudly choose to keep our legal business name of “H&S Welding, Heating, A/C & Geothermal, Inc.” that has built our reputation in the HVAC industry and remain proud to be a 2nd generation company that was rooted to serve your commercial and residential HVAC needs. In fact, you may still occasionally hear us referring to ourselves as our former nickname “H&S Geothermal”.
We will continue to serve our customers with the same devotion and quality which you have come to expect from us since “H&S” was first founded in 1989.
